Job Summary

The Accounting and Finance Internship Program is designed for undergraduate candidates with strong backgrounds in finance/accounting. We offer our interns the opportunity to become part of a world-class team during their 12-week internship.

Interns will be coached and mentored by PAMC leaders and work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business. Interns will learn PAMC's businesses, products, processes, and functions. You will get hands-on, professional experience in strategic planning, project management and leveraging resources.

You will make a valuable contribution to the organization by working on current business projects with well-defined goals and important strategic objectives. You will work directly with directors, managers, executives, and associates to learn the day to day activities involved in running a global, growing management consulting firm.

Job Duties

As an Accounting Intern, you will have support from your manager to meet your internship goals and support the PAMC business. The title of this position is Intern, but you will truly be part of the team working side-by-side with your teammates. You will perform monthly financial analysis, accounting policy research, financial control assessments and help refine our planning process. You may also work on accounting and reporting projects. We are confident an internship with PAMC will provide you valuable experience to launch your career in Finance.

Job Requirements & Skills
  • Current enrollment in a university program
  • Accounting or Finance degree &/or related courses completed
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures
  • A professional demeanor and impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-up
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Minimum of intermediate level skills in MS Office software
