About the Role:
PAMC is seeking a highly experienced CFO Consultant to represent our firm in high-impact financial engagements across multiple states and international markets. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of overseeing strategic finance functions, guiding clients through complex decisions, and serving as a trusted financial advisor to CEOs and boards.

You will work with a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing tailored financial oversight, scenario modeling, cash flow optimization, capital planning, and M&A support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-client financial strategy engagements across state and international operations
  • Develop long-term financial forecasts and scenario plans for growth-stage and established businesses
  • Oversee implementation of modern financial systems, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Serve as interim or fractional CFO for select clients, ensuring alignment of financial and business goals
  • Liaise with investors, lenders, and stakeholders on behalf of clients
  • Guide clients through capital structure design, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred
  • 10+ years in financial leadership; CFO experience required
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-client workload across geographies
  • Strong executive presence, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience supporting businesses with international operations or cross-border transactions

About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead PAMC’s strategy and innovation efforts across a wide range of client organizations—both domestic and international. In this role, you’ll act as a lead consultant responsible for assessing, designing, and executing digital transformation initiatives tailored to each client’s unique context.

You’ll guide businesses through AI adoption, cloud migration, ERP selection, automation integration, and digital process redesign—ensuring alignment with operational goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic transformation projects for clients across the U.S. and internationally
  • Conduct technology audits and digital maturity assessments
  • Design and implement digital roadmaps that align with business models and growth plans
  • Advise clients on platform selection, vendor negotiation, and system integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive culture, process, and platform adoption
  • Train client leadership on digital strategy frameworks and metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years in digital transformation consulting or IT strategy
  • Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, CRM, RPA, data analytics, and cloud technologies
  • Experience leading multi-client, multi-region transformation projects
  • Strong communication and change management skills for C-level engagements

PAMC is expanding its elite network of Tax Resolution Experts to serve our diverse client base across the U.S. and abroad. In this role, you will represent PAMC as a trusted expert in high-stakes tax controversy cases, helping clients resolve IRS audits, negotiate liabilities, and prevent future risks through sound compliance strategies.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from small businesses to multinational firms—guiding them through both domestic and cross-border tax challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in IRS/state audits, offer-in-compromise negotiations, and appeals
  • Develop custom resolution strategies based on each client’s unique case and geography
  • Conduct in-depth risk reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Advise clients on international tax reporting (FATCA, FBAR), pass-through entity treatment, and offshore disclosures
  • Monitor legislative updates and proactively educate clients on new risks and compliance options

Qualifications:

  • CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or Tax Attorney credentials required
  • 7+ years of experience in tax resolution, controversy, or IRS representation
  • Experience managing complex cases for clients across multiple states or with international exposure
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. tax code, state compliance nuances, and cross-border filing obligations
  • Strong research, case negotiation, and client communication skills
